Return & Refund Policy
Given that our offerings are non‑tangible digital goods, we implement the following refund guidelines:
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only if the product is inaccessible or doesn’t function as described, and issues cannot be resolved within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- If the problem is technical, we provide support first to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued only after confirming that the product cannot be used.

- We aim to respond within 3 business days to assess and assist with your request.
3. Refund Process
- If support cannot fix the issue, we’ll issue a full refund (minus any payment processor fees, if non‑refundable) within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
4. No “Change of Mind” Refunds
- Since digital items are delivered instantly and non‑returnable, refunds are not available for reasons such as: changed mind, wrong size, or you simply didn’t use the product.
